Simple Question - which do you prefer?
Newer one for me, and I think it's the best in the AFL.

Old for me.
I like the new logo as a whole but I don't like the way they just stick the head on the jumper.
Old was a classic. But I admit I prefer the new.

Should be the full new one, not the head only. They could even move it from front and centre to above the SGIO symbol and size it to match.

the old was one great, but it was time for a change I feel, and the club certainly changed a logo which looked really cool, and had plenty of colour and whatever about it, but at the sametime wasn't just a complete muddle like the DB.
They are both great logos, I remember the days in primary school when I used to draw the old logo on everything that would come in my path.
I still love the old logo.

The new head is nice...not so sure about the wing though. It seems like it is becoming increasingly superfluous, especially now that the head is even taking pride of place on the jumper.
The old logo was perhaps one step too simple. I still like it, but there's more personality in the new one.

Ditto! Looks like someones Mum has had the ironing board out and transfered one onto each jumper, very unprofessional, I like the training jumpers heaps more.

Now you mention it the training jumpers are not too shabby. I wonder if they will be elevated at some stage to being worn in games? (hopefully in place of our current home jumper - ack!)

I like ozzult use to graffiti the old logo on all my books, school tables and whatever else I could get my hands on when I was bored during the long hours of a school day. It was a great one at that, and still personal favourite of mine.
But I must admit the new one is a slick, clean and fresh new logo that looks really good, I like it a lot. The only downside is I can't draw it to perfection anymore. ;)

The new one is 'pretty', but it's also far too similar to the Crows and Hawks logos. IMHO club logos and jumper designs should be clear, simple and both easibly recognisable and reproducible (yes, I also wasted hours at school drawing footy scenes on my files). I thought the older logo was fine.
Therefore, I'd favour the traditional logo.
