In the Herald Sun a few days ago it was stated that Sheeds wants to add some pace to the Bombers midfield.
Heath Black apparently wants out of the Saints. In 2001 he finished runner-up in Freo's B&F and was top 10 in ours last season. He is quick, strong and his disposal is first class.
Would the Bombers be interested and if so what would you expect to give up??

Black a jet ? i never thought of him as exceptionally quick.

Well, we could offer you a couple of good quality, skilled players.
James Davies has great skills and can kick both feet, maybe a forward in the future, or you could get Cory McGrath, since he won't get a game with us anytime soon.

i'm just hoping reynolds, winderlich and walsh come on. and rama gets back to full fitness. wont have any pace problems if that happens

I always rated Black very highly - and for draft picks would take him - however would have to take a performance based contract. This year at the saints would have to drop asking price on him. Obviously doesn;t fit in at the Saints.

Throw in harvey and we are set. Im pretty sure we will select a couple of pacey runners in the draft. We dont need to trade for anybody

When I read 'Sheeds wants a Jet' I thought it might be one of his way out ideas for the club to get a personal jet to fly the team to interstate games in comfort. Not such a crazy mistake.
