Whats the go with this guy? Gets talked up a bit. Will he be:

a) promoted to senior list
b) retained for another year as a rookie
c) delisted

Can play tall and small and super athletic.

I'd like to see him either promoted to the senior team OR be retained on the rookie list. He's a good defender, plus he can play up forward. He's just what Collingwood need right now to replace Dawesy.

I think he will be given another Year on the Rookie List

I see him as a defender at AFL level but pretty sure he played key forward for vic metro so definetly versatile.

Has he been used in the ruck at all or not tall enough to ruck at VFL level?

Nope - Been playing KPD and KPF

Just to add to what TD said between using McNamara, Ceglar, Wood, Keeffe, Witts and even Jolly in the ruck at VFL level there really hasn't been the need or opportunity. I suspect he is a bit undersized to play the role although he is about Leigh Browns height iirc.

Thanks guys, that also makes sense as to why he hasn't been used in the ruck at all Quicky. I wonder in a few years time once he puts on a bit more size whether he will at all (ala Leigh Brown style) or whether they plan to develop him as a KP player. Back in the early junior footy days he used to ruck and he was always pretty agile/versatile with the ability to go on the wing or play up forward which is why I was wondering whether he still plays that sort of role at all.

Tom has been delisted by the club - I would have liked to see him get another.

What was the Reason Mate?

What was the Reason Mate?

Not 100% sure but I'd imagine it would be our abundance of backs and his lack of pace. I like the way he defends 1 on 1 but on the lead I reckon he gets caught out.
