Extortion!!!

Went on line at 9am this morning to book Fleetwood Mac tickets. Went for best available at any price, managed to find platinum tickets, wow not bad thought I may have missed out. Clicked on buy, then saw the prices!! $203.20 per ticket, far out! But thought hey must be great seats, clicked on the map, two rows from the back on the floor of the arena!!

How can they justify that?!!!

I honestly don't know how the hell they justify prices like that, I paid $90 to see Brian Wilson and would have paid a hell of a lot more if I'd had to.........so I guess it just depends how much the fans are prepared to pay.

The Beach Boys tickets are $95/$140 which I think is just ridiculous, tickets were $60 last time around and they still had trouble filling venues (and also last time they had more original members :p) but I'll pay because I want to go. And kind of have to, also. :p

The cheapest seats for the Fleetwood Mac show in Melbourne are all to the side/rear of the stage which is also a bit disappointing to see. Who would pay $90 to have really crap seats? :confused:

I'd like to see Fleetwood Mac but I don't think I can justify the cost. If I was a huge fan then yeah maybe.
