We all know how MM likes to talk about picking the side by using the Horses for Courses method. Well was wondering what peoples thoughts are on Leon getting a game this week in the grand final? He brought him in to play Port as he has a good track record against them, but he seems to struggle to get a c kick against the lions. Personally I think he deserves to play after last weeks performance. Would be great to see him kick 2 or 3.

He'll be keen to atone for a dismal game last year...

He is also a different player in the second half of this season - he's been playing primarily in the midfield at Willy and is getting stronger upper body...

Think he is heading down the road of Holland..

Forward come midfielder...

That said - he can kick a freaky goal.

I think MM did say he will pick players that has a point to prove, i.e. Neon Leon

Agreed Seb.

This is most probably Leon's last chance to regain his spot on the list for next season. I am glad that he has stayed in the side as he does have a huge point to prove and I am confident that he'll atone for last years horrific performance.

He should be so lucky that he gets this opportunity and having said that, I am sure he knows it all too well.

I expect him to play the game of his life.

Good point, I think it's more so that you really don't want to drop anyone for the big one even Williams, because if you do you would shatter the guys confidence for the rest of his life...So therefor we only made the forced change like last year...
