With our great on ball depth could MM play Bucks at CHF?
It would negate the necessity of bringing in another tall to play there.
Bucks is good overhead can kick it nearly as far as Pebbles and is an exceptional lead.
It would be a sacrifice not having him in the middle but we could probably cover that loss by playing O'Bree more on the ball than he has of late.
At 186 Bucks is very small for a CHF but I do remember him playing tall on others namely Carey and Richardson previously.
He has also played at CHF in our unShaw years.
Would it upset our team balance?
Just a thought.
Yours .... anyone? ..... MarkT?

IMO Bucks can certainly play at CHF
He has played there a number of times this season already, and will probably spend more time there in the future
We have enough quality midfielders to cover for him, that is why MM can afford to put him on the bench all the time

Very good thinking. He can play anywhere, but im stickin with my Cloke thinking. I rekon Cloke will play there and force leppa to hold down the centre half back position and not be allowed to roam all around the ground.

Could work. He did kick four behinds on Saturday. I'd prefer Lonie or Walker.

I know that Grand Finals are not the matches to be testing kids in new positions, but I too would like to see Tex have a run at CHF . He would almost certainly pick up one of the Lions key defenders which might make some room for didak to run around the arc and drop some long bombs through the big sticks...

Yep, I think that now Tex has been selected both he and Josh will alternate in the Ruck and at CHF.
Bucks may still get a run there when either of the other two are off the ground resting
