One thing that I am really Going to miis about Nathan Brown is 'Arnolds World'
It gave a different insite into the club and you learnt a lot of things about the players that you wouldn't normally no
I think Browny has a great personality but i can't believe he has been looking his team mates in the eye saying that he was going to stay
He better not start Arnolds World at his new club

Arnold's world, the club's attempt to give Nathan a chance to contribute something back to the club, then there is the handball competition.
He won it last year and gave the prize to his mum, entered again and won it. I suppose he will keep it.
Told his mum the dogs were offering him less money than his last contract, told his sponsor he only wanted an extra 70000, in reality he was asking for 100000 extra.
Repeating what I said last week, Richmond flew him to the Gold Coast with his GF and asked him to select a property. This is a fact.
Did not front the final selectors table because he had a higher duty, ed and the footy show. Two weeks in row and all he contributed was two smart arse coments. Reminds me of the contortions StKilda had to go through to keep plugger happy.
Terry (they have not paid me) Wallace has tutored young Nathan very well.
Good riddance to bad rubbish, a bad influence on the younger players (two club sources), managed by a man who owns/owned massage parlors (no moral judgement here), too lazy to correct his kicking style, single handled won and lost games (Geelong & North) a thoroughly unlikable larrikan. No charm, no rough diamond just a boofhead ( no, boofhead is too nice...d*ckhead...that's better).

Ill miss Arnolds world to!!! ALways had a good laugh in it!!!!
He isn't rubbish, a good talented footballer, who i will miss at doglands. Do have to agree that he is better off at another club if his heart wasn't with the doggies 100% but to bag him the way you all do is silly, he is a great player and wont be at the bulldogs next year, if i can deal with that, im sure u all can.

Chels, I think what we are most dissapointed with is that he lead us up the garden path. Had he been straight forth and said he was going to play somewhere else next year because he needs a change (in pay size!) then, so long farewell. I'd still be spewing, but would have a shred of respect for him still. Think about Penny when he left, did the exact same thing and recieved the same response. What is difficult to get over is the fact that we help develop a player into an absolute superstar, key member of the squad and fan favourite only to have another Club possibly reap the benefits of his best football. One would have to question the effect of outside influence's (close friends *ahem*plough ) on his decision to leave a Club willing to put a lot of faith in the man. Bitterly dissapointing outcome, however as always the sun will rise tomorrow and the Doggies will be out and about next year! Hopefully with a gun KP forward with a bit of aggro in him!!!

Although possessing talents, both Wallace and Brown are big-heads, have huge egos and after all, football is a team sport.
We will be better off in the long run. Let's build a tough, dedicated, talented and fanatical team. Look forward! Trade tough!

The similarity is both said they wanted to leave. One did it 2 weeks before the start of the trade period which gives us every chance to work the deal. The other did it at the last minute.
It's pretty easy to claim Brown led us up the garden path but the fact is we don't know what happened and probably never will. I haven't heard the club say that our offer to Brown has been on the table for the past 4, 6, 8 weeks (or whatever) and has been firm and hasn't changed.
I can understand being upset that he's decided to go, but I can't understand hatred towards him when there is no real evidence he's been anything but honest with the club.
Let's just move on.
Anyone who misses his column will probably be able to read it at crapclub.com.au next year anyway.

I think we have another player at the club who could do a much better job at it than browny, that player being bobby murphy.

Due to copyright issues I dont think he can start another 'Arnolds World' at another club but perhaps he could start 'Benedict Arnolds World' :)
