I don't think we should bring in the drastic changes people are talking about. Sure, we were belted but I would put it down to too much of a turnover in the GF team from last year and nerves and inexpirience amongst the younger players. It's nothing that will be in them forever. Remember we won 10 out of our last twelve games with the losses to the same team. We can do it next year.

Here's my verdict on the list.

Yay, they stay.
Nay, go away.

Simple.

1. L. Davis- Nay
2. Woewodin- Yay
3. Richardson- Nay
4. Didak- Yay
5. Buckley- Yay
6. Holland- Yay
7. Molloy- Nay
8. Clement- Yay
9. Freeborn- Nay
10. Betheras- Yay
11. O'Bree- Nay
12. McKee- Nay
13. Cole- Yay
14. Wakelin- Yay
17. Burns- Yay
18. Licuria- Yay
19. Williams- Nay
20. Tarrant- Yay
22. Shaw- Yay
23. Rocca- Yay
24. Lockyer- Yay
25. Fraser- Yay
26. Johnson- Yay
27. McGough- Nay
28. Kinnear- Nay
29. Scotland- Yay
34. Cloke- Yay
35. Presti- Yay
36. Swan- Nay
37. Lonie- Nay
38. Walker- Yay
39. Lokan- Yay

These are the players I can remember off the top of my head. Some obvious ones (retirees) but we shouldn't swing the axe too hard. O'Bree and Lonie simply haven't had good enough years IMO. Trade bait.

Gee I would have though O'bree is a certainty to stay.
Same with Lookan and McGough has they are 21 and 19 years old.

Mckee/Freeborn/Richo/Molloy/ are skating on thin ice and their names will come up

Williams will definatly stay.

BEtharas everyone loves the guy tries hard, hope he stayes but his name will also come up.

I'm a huge fan of HEath, he will get raded do awsome at his new club because the coach will pay him some respect. HE gets 15 posesions in 2 and a half quarters each damn week.

Davis, will be used as trade bait.

I also think that one top line player will be required to get Brown to the club who will that be? Some people are saying Rocca, which I think is an absolute joke.

Same here. There is no way we are trading Rocca. IMO He is one of our most important players, crucial to our team structure (eg Grand Final)

Yes, so which top line collingwood player will we trade in order to get Brown or Stevens playing for the mighty pies in 20004?

hard question... I guess they want tall players, so that is McKee, Molloy or even Kinnear (sorry),
Others include Betheras, Scotland, Holland, Davis

Williams and O'Bree will probably stay, but wont be surprised if they go
(dont know if they are top players, but i guess that is all we can offer)

i havnt heard what hes doing now just that hes walked out on the club, i think he has every right to leave collingwood seeing hes a young talent and isnt getting game time....i was at the VFL preliminary final with a mate and i thought betheres was a quite a good player and should be playing at afl level....he certainly played better that day then Davis
