What is the feeling around the club. Which players should be delisted in 2003

Lawrence - will be but shouldnt
capuano - done
Moyle - ?
Oliver - great in reserves but never showing promise
Wulf - showing form towards the end of the season but then injured
Schwarze - bit stif

Possible Trades - it is rumoured that Heath wants to go back to Perth and a possible trade for him is Dean Cox

Moyle I believe has been offered a 1 year contract.

With Capuano and Burke moving on there probably isn't a need to get rid of too many. I would like to keep Wulf, because we probably couldn't get anything for him anyway, Scharzwe is back-up only. Oliver I think has had his chance, if he couldn't make it as a ruckman this year, he never will, and he won't be good enough to replace any of our KPP's.

I am very keen on Dean Cox. IMO Heath Black is expendable. At his best I am a big fan of his, however this year has largely been wasted. If reports are true and he is not happy, then it is likely next year will be another where he spends time at Springy. Too good a player for that and has trade value now so I would go for that deal.

I like Heath, but we have so many midfielders he wouldn't be missed if we traded him.

Don't know Cox at all really. What's he like?

Agree we don't particularly need Heath, and if he wants to go back to Perth, he should do what makes him happy. I like him though, and I, for one, would like him to stay.
I think we'll get rid of a few of our rookies, if nothing else but to give them a chance elswhere. I mean, if a player like Benny Schwartze hasn't broken into the senior list by now, better to give him a chance to play at AFL level while he is still able to, even if it is at another club.
