How many games did it take for Brent Harvey to emerge as a gun player - from memory he was doing the rounds for a while and then one day won an EJ Whitten Medal.
I reckon Shanes problem is attitude - not ability and he has after all only played half a dozen games.
I would think the Kangaroos would be laughing all the way to the bank if they could reunite him with his brother for Teague
Teague will always be ****.
Harvey is potentially a gun.
Rather a 2nd round pick.
There was never any doubt that the Harvey's were not going to end up playing in the same side.
They both arranged their contracts to end at the same time so that they could negoiate to play at the same club.

Wasn't Shane Harvey facing some jail time on some very serious charges (I read on another website ?)

Harvey might always be a what if.
Harvey's "potential" means the deal will have to involve some picks from North, but Teague is not sh1t. He has his faults, but so does Harvey, and from what i can gather, Shane's is between his ears, sometimes the hardest one's to fix.

If Teague can't get a game at North he aint getting a game at Essendon. We have too many defenders as it is.
Give us a forward or midfielder or 2nd round pick.

He got a game at North under Pagan, but Laidley doesn't seem to rate him as much.
I know Sheedy rates him - remember him talking about Teague when he was first promoted (can't for the life of me remember why - must have been prior to a North/Ess match. Or did he do a pre-season at the Bombers?)
If you lose Solomon as is being suggested (in a trade to lure Brown/Stevens for example) this mightn't be a bad swap to keep the backline stocks topped up.
