it was strongly reported in the media in perth that the eagles were going hard for hadley. But that was before the grand final and as a result of him winning a medalion a certain signing has been lost.

I wouldn't mind Greene playing for Brisbane next year.

The Lions would want much more than Greene for Notting. Greene is too light, lacks penetration in his kicking and can't get a game at Hawthorn. The Lions would be better served in getting a 20 -30 draft pick for Notting.
IMO the Lions who will be looking elsewhere, or offered for trade would be:
Tim Notting
Shane Morrison
Dylan McLaren
Beau McDonald
Luke Power is also in the mix but his asking price is probably a bit high but lots of Vic clubs are looking at him.
Brisbane will probably want picks to re-stock the list and also the players are cheap as chips.
Hawks should and would be prepared to swap a 2nd Round pick for Notting.

Notting is super, would love to have him playing for us.

we'll take anyone of their 3 ruckmen. not fussy but would probably rate McDonald highest in terms of trade value. I'd guess Brisbane are after decent picks?
Pick 8 for Morrison and McDonald?
