View Full Version : First the Sixers, then the Wildcats, Now the Titans!
Whats happening with the big 3's slumps?
First Adelaide went on a bad run,
Perth went on a huge slump (which they are still in :))
Now the Titans have lost 2 in a row. Fair enough the first game was in Adelaide, but tonight they lost to the KINGS 115-96 in Melbourne!
Anyway tonights NBL RESULTS
West Sydney 103 - 122 Wollongong
Victoria 96 - 115 Sydney
Now we just need Townsville to start a slump ( They will, they are playin 36ers tomorrow :)), and the Bloody hawks to lose a game!

Yes certainly adds a little spice to the whole season doesnt it. Perth are still in a slump but we have the lowly Bullets up next so im hoping for a big win to get some confidence back.
The loss to the Kings at home was a shocker, let's just hope we get back on track with a win against the Tigers.
And the bloody sixers had to loose to the crocs!! :(
Bloody Rose!
DIE TRAITOR!
lol ;)

It was good actually, Titans lost, 36ers lost and the Wildcats won. Hopefully we can get back on track now and get into some good from as we run into the playoffs.
How come Easty has gone quiet about the Adelaide 'Dirty Sexers' ?
Anyone would think they might of lost by a BIG margin last night :D :D :D :D :D

yes- we went to watch the cats and boy werent the 36'ers pitiful. I cant remember ever seeing such a blow out.
cats cats.
I notice Lindsay Gaze is now saying that the Titans don't have it in them mentally to win the championship. We'll see about that. Anyway at least he and Andrew can enjoy watching the playoffs at home on tv, it's not like they'll have a game to go to :D

Do you think Lindsay Gaze would of made those comments if his side were in the finals ?
I THINK NOT.
Lindsay should worry about his own team.

ELT, Titans will be the ones to beat come playoff time, Gaze reckons we have the best roster but were not mentally tough enough? Well excuse me i thought we were sitting on top? Where would we be if we were mentally tough, NBA perhaps. Perhaps Lindsay should ponder how a side that has Gaze,Bradtke and Copeland could not make the playoffs! What was that about mental toughness? Anyway ELT, LETS JUST ENJOY THE PLAYOFFS I KNOW WERE GOING TO HAVE A GOOD ONE. cHEERS
I agree with him. The Titans lack the mental toughness of the Wildcats, they have more talent and they go deeper but in the pressure games and the big games that will come in playoff time they fall apart. They have proven that the last two years when they went so far only to be stopped at the last hurdle. Whereas the wildcats have cools heads in Vlahov and Grace and old timer Fisher. With talent such as Timmons Rogers and Harvey i think we will have no problem winning this year :D
