If you like, as an introduction, I could use a noose to tie you to the Hills Hoist and take you for a bit of a spin. You will experience the centrifugal forces, and I will experience the amusement. :D

Rollercoaster? The speed of the ride during a loop creates a centrifugal force which pushes you into your seat instead of following gravity and falling out.
