yeah im a bit jacked off about it in actually!! Like yourself i have some pretty darn good songs, and a few songs you cant buy from a cd store, so yeah....but in the end, it is illegal and napster is still going to be around, your gonna have to pay and subscribe to it tho...so in the end, the people who created napster are hypocritical assholes as they said "they would never make users pay for the service" as it was music from the fans to the fans.

oh well

my napster name is perenium19 by the way

Has anybody used other file sharing networks like Audio Galaxy and Gnutella?
Audio Galaxy is not at all user friendly and I've never quite worked it out. Gnutella I haven't tried, but I will look into it soon. I'm unsure if these sites will also be shut down.

Im not stupid enough to believe i would lose my songs, i was just saying, ive downloaded some pretty cool shit, and id like to keep downloading some pretty cool shit!!!

I dont think it would be worth paying for napster...not many people will be paying for it, and seeing as its user based, and not database based, there wont be much songs on there

I buy about 4 cds a week anyway, so napster is just a way for me to find new music to buy

heheh...all is not lost... nothing to fear really...
there are plenty of clones to use !

currently, still using napster..
used to love scour eXchange before that was taken away...

as a backup, i regularly use Mynapster, which is pretty similar to napster.. give it a try.. another one is Aimster or imesh..
