There are so many to choose from!
I'll vote for other and go for Emotional Rescue.
But really, I'd happily listen to any of their stuff.

'Ruby Tuesday' closely followed by 'You Can't Always Get What You Want' and 'Get Off My Cloud'.
"Hot Legs" by Rod Stewart. Wasn't a Stones song but with that riff, it should have been.
For actual Stones songs, "Let's Spend The Night Together" and "Paint It Black". There are also some good covers of the latter about.

Star Star?
So many great songs....I guess these all go under 'other' ;)

I prefer their slower songs
Angie, Ruby Tuesday but one I always liked but never hear is as tears go by?
"it is the evening of the day
I sit and watch the children play......."
Angie, of course! What else?:D
Actually if I had to choose a favourite it would be Wild Horses. Written by Jagger for Marianne Faithful.

For me probably 'It's Only Rock & Roll'
But really, how can you pick 1?

It's easy.
Just pick the most recognisable riff in the history of R&R.
'Satisfaction'.
Has anyone ever mistaken the opening of this song for any other?
Have you ever said, "My, I wonder what this song is, and what's the name of the band who's playing it"?
I venture that you have not.
This is the essence of pop music.
We now have corporations like Sony trying to reproduce this effect. Good luck.
Pity about Brian Jones.
Paint it black, closely followed by Angie.
