A fullback and a gun midfielder for a (dodgy) Full Forward and a CHF/CHB.
Richo could be a stop-gap for Lynch (if he retires)....but Holland?
Where would he fit in when the Lions have Leppitsch and Brown filling both those key roles???....not to metion that Bradshaw can also play CHB or FF.
What's the source of this news?
Apart from that, if the Lions acquired Richo for the FF role, it would take a major adjustment to their style of delivery to the forward line.
Somehow I can't see Richo standing toe to toe with the likes of Fletcher or either of the Wakelins and out-muscling them for a mark or a spillage.
Richo is more a lead and mark or big specie type of FF.
And in either case, he's less than a 50% chance to covert.
The more I think about this, the more I think it would be a bad trade.

I don't know where you heard that, but it's the most pathetic thing I have ever heard.
What would be the whole point of trading 2 expensive players for players who require a lot of money aswell? That would be pointless. Our cap is basically full and that will not be clearing up the cap at all. We'll be lucky to afford 2 established players even if we trade 2 established players for them.
I can only see us trading for draft picks and if this trade happened, I will buy a Carlton membership next year and attend 8 Carlton games.
With that said, it doesn't mean that one or both of these players won't be traded, but getting established players for them is a no go. Draft picks.

But then again everyone else in the copmp has been tied to Richmond in the last two weeks so why not Brisbane.
