i am getting a little worried that in a few years time we are going to be in a developmental stage with many kids and players who have played 3 or 4 years, but no experienced players to compliment them. last year we lost 3 players around 23 or 24 years of age in carracella, blumfield and heffernan, and this year reportedly solomon, jacobs and maybe bolton and mcveigh. will leave a big hole in our list in a few years time if we continue down this road. should the dons of considered trading a few older players than these 4 to 5 year players that still have 6-10 years ahead of them?? sheeds has been brilliant at keeping the dons up around the eight each year, would hate to have to go through something like geelong fans have had to..

JJ, MJ, Lucas, Lloyd, Rama, Peverill, Rioli.

That's a pretty good core of middle aged players.
