Bluey*, I presume you can't confirm MB/THE ICON's dual status because IP numbers are not conclusive. That's fair enough, and even if you could, I would think he/she is allowed to maintain that dual status providing he/shes does not transgress the conditions of posting.
However, if IP numbers are NOT conclusive, then it should also be stated that you cannot say for sure that they are NOT the same person. There is a thread on the Roos board which has a bit of anecdotal evidence which is more than coincidental.
I myself have two dial-ups from this computer which means I will have two different ISPs, so it does also not dismiss that people can have nmore than one IP number, especially if they have internet access at work or university, or a public computer.
* Note : This is not so much, as a whole, a message to Bluey. It is more to put Bluey's and Invisible Mullet's (on the Roos board) findings into perspective.
