Need Box Hill results from 2004

I'm putting together a statistical history of the Box Hill Hawks, and the one year I can't find anything for is 2004.

I just need the final score from each Box Hill seniors match in 2004. Can anyone help? Either supply or point me to a site that has them?

I've tried that internet archive site but can't get anything for 2004 and I'd like to avoid another trip to the state library!

Mate all i can remember is that we lost something like 6 or maybe even 7 at the start of the year and then came charging back just like Hawthorn did in 2010 to make the finals. I think we lost Port in the semi or prelim
