i'd like to keep jacobs AND bolton. but if one has to go, then it has to be bolton.

I quite like Bolton but that seems like an awefully good deal. With that delivered I too would like to see Jacobs re-signed. Add Matty Allan to that list and you would have to be happy with the week. Plenty to work with I would say.

I personally would rather if it was Jacobs that was involved with that deal to gain those draft picks instead of Bolton. I think Jacobs has just about hit his peak as a footballer and isnt likely to get much better. It also seems there really is a position for him in the backline and he has proven he cant play forward. Solomon signing has not helped especially since Jacobs wants more dough.

I think we should persist with Bolton as we have put years of development in him and he was such a high draft pick. He has just started to come good the last year and a half and think he will only get better. His last half of 2002 was especially good. He is also more capable of playing in more position than Jacobs.
