Draft picks are hit and miss but so are megastars.
What's your opinion tiger fans?

ideally - a balance of both.

But we definitely need some good kids in the side. All you have to do is look at Coughlan to understand why its worth while. However, Johnson is also a case in point for the alternative.

Sometimes, its just the luck of the draw. (no pun intended)

I couldn't agree more. I think that everyone can see the difference that Coughlin (drafted kid) and Johnson (Traded experience) have made and will continue to have at Richmond.

I agree too! Drafted kids or Proven Experience, what matters either way is class. That is why I am keen on Brown: plenty of ability and delivers.

I think most would agree that you cant go all out on older players or just draft picks. A equal balance is acceptable.

proven players if they are 2 times all-aust. But i like getting the talented kids together to build a team. Definately this will be the approach next year if we fail.
Kane Johnson has impressed me so much, and altough wells looks good, kane is fantastic. very under-rated by other team supporters
