Is it worth it? The Essendon Rookie list has traditionally been a place where hardworking, unproven talent was given a fair go to shine. Now we might have James 'The Hack' Davies in there. Is he really worth it? Will we be passing up on another Mark Johnson by doing this? Is there ANYTHING good about Davies apart from one good kick against the weagles this season?

Don't watse a rookie pick sign him up as bendigo player if he has a good year then rookie him.

He's had his chance and hasn't taken it.

But given that we'll have quite a few rookie spots open, and that he was a first round pick, I think Sheeds might want to give him one final shot.

I'd prefer to have Bannister back way before Davies. Davies has been really dissapointing. While i have been impressed with some things Bannister has done. I thought Bannister had a future at our club.

Given we have delisted O'Keefe - we just might be mad enough to give this headless chicken another go.

Agreed Pevers. If we rookie Davies after delisting O'Keefe... Shocking decision.

Davies has done nothing for three years. O'Keefe made good progress this year.
