Had friends around on the weekend & they were going through all my old records, they came across this one, (which is my second fav album of his behind Sefronia) & they said that it is worth a small fortune, evidentally it didn't sell well, so there aren't many copies around.
My question is, how do I find out what it is worth, not that I would sell it, unless I could get it on CD which is impossible, they suggested advertising it on Ebay & seeing what people offer, do you have to sell things you advertise on Ebay, or can you just say, sorry I changed my mind.
The record itself is in mint condition, I take care of all my albums, but the cover is a bit faded because of age.
The best way to use ebay is to search for what you've got. I just put in Starsailor Tim and got this:

You are kidding me, so it is worth money. Most of my friends hate this album, HHHMMMM maybe I might tape the album & see how much I can get for it, mind you, I would have to get a 4 figure amount before I part with it. :D

you can set a reserve on the price you hope to receive for your item.. if it is met.. then u are obligated to sell to the successful bidder...
best way on ebay, is to look at the 'completed items'...
eg. what starsailor has sold for in the past...

Cheers for your help, no way I would sell it for that, I love this album, would have to be at least a $1,000, I guess I don't really want to sell it, just curious because my mates said it was worth heaps.
WOW, my whole record collection is probably worth a lot of money, now if only I could part with it. :eek:
