I know I am.
I believe he was the best available (feel free to correct me if I'm wrong) so I think it was the right choice.
And I also like the sound of Fischer (Sp?), the more talls the better IMO. (well we don't want the whole team to be made of talls, but we definetly needed a few more)

Delighted.
It worked out perfectly because by the time it got down to our pick he was the best player available as you said. If Geelong had not gone for Tenace, perhaps the club would have taken him instead of Clarke but we were spared the decision.
We showed last year we were willing to overlook a kid that loved the Saints in favour of a better player and we would have done it again this season.
Fortunately we didn't have too.
He may not make an immediate impact but with his obvious talent and desire to play for the Saints it's going to be exciting.
I can't wait to see Raph and X playing together.

raph was who melbourne shooda took at pick 5
he will play AFL next year, dont you worry about that
as if st kilda wasn't an exciting young team already, the addittion of raph will add an extra spark

i was estatic when i found out!! i thought it would have to be like a very unlikely miracle for us to get raph!!
i was at tennis when the draft was on and had to wait till the 6 o clock news for the sports report till i could find out.(i was at my brothers house after tennis,and who doesnt have the internet connected)
raph is gonna be so good for us next season
