SQUADS

WA
Justin Langer (Captain), Ryan Campbell, Adam Gilchrist+, Murray Goodwin, Kade Harvey, Brad Hogg, Shaun Marsh, Damien Martyn, Marcus North, John Taylor, Paul Wilson and Peter Worthington

Not sure about the 12th man, but it's probably going to be Taylor or Worthington.

Vics
Nick Jewell, Matthew Elliot, Andrew McDonald, David Hussey, Ian Harvey, Graeme Rummans, Jon Moss(Capt.), Brendan Joseland, Shane Harwood, Peter Roach, Michael Lewis, Allan Wise.

WA missing Hussey and Rogers because of Australia A and Victoria missing White and Hodge.

Any predictions? I don't like the Rangers chances against the reinforced WA lineup, however, Gilly, Marto and Langer are probably going to be pretty worn out, and Hooksey's boys have proven adept at snatching Victory from the Jaws of Defeat this year. I'm heading down this arvo, should be a good game.

WA's bowling looks like their achilles heal, the Vic's will have to bat out of their skins and post a huge total to be a real show.

My Prediction is Victoria will make 7/293 with Hussey's 129 and Harveys 71 leading the way. Paul Wilson will have the best WA figures with 3/39 off 10.

WA will be all out for 284 in the 49.4 over with Marytn making 100 and Marsh 84
Allan Wise will get 5/47 off 9.6 to win the game after taking the first 3 wickets Including Gilly for a duck.

Hail to my blind Victorian optimism!!

Should be a great game,

off the topic, I'm going to perth for a holiday in Jan, are their going to be any internationals at the Wacca during that time? I've never been to Perth before and I'd like to check it out.

Good to see young Harwood has recovered from his injury to play today.
