Over the years, I'm sure we've all collected some sort of merchandise and memorabilia. What are your favourite items? Perhaps an item that sets it apart to the rest?

I have the traditional scarf, beanie, clock, hat, yearly calander (my mum makes a habit of getting me the coming year's calander every christmas, ha!), stuffed bear and probably a hundred little things - like those "limited edition" cars they release each year! But my favourite piece of merchandise is probably my Richmond top. I've had it for years, my grandma bought it for me at The AFL Store. It's black with yellow stripes down the side and the Tiger logo on the chest. Can't believe it still fits! I wear it all the time though, at least once a week.

I also have this awesome picture of a Tiger coming toward you in my room with a black background ... looks awesome on my deep blue wall.

As for memorabilia, I don't have much at all. I have a few blown-up photo's of some players, including one of Campbell which is awesome. My autograph book is half full signed by most of the 2002 side. My favourite would be a postcard size photo of Wayne Campbell with some of his match facts next to it, in a really nice frame that my dad gave to me for my birthday last year.

So, what are your favourite items of Richmond merchandise/memorabilia?

A richmond towell - circa 1973, yellow with an elavated sketch of a tiger walking towards you and the words "the tigers" on the top left corner.

Bought it at the Melbourne Show in 73 when i was just a kid.

I used to take it the the "g" and hang it over the fence and get my jolly's when i saw it on the replay. It popped up at my mum's a couple of years ago.

Now it holds pride of place.

Also a small jar of tiger turf (SOS period) and half a dozen SOS stubbies (unopened) - do you remember those?

I have a signed/framed photo of Wayne Campbell (c. 1995), signed desk flag by David Rodan and Leon Cameron, signed photo of Jay Schultz & Martin McGrath at Telstra Dome after the Bulldogs game, every Richmond trading card released after 1991 and a recent addition - a signed 2004 yellow training guernsey signed by the whole 2004 list.

I am hoping to add a 2004 onfield guernsey signed by the team next year :-)

I have a signed 2003 team jumper.

I have 2 of the comemorative "17" jumpers from round 22 last season that I am in the process of getting framed.

Also, I am go the Tommy Hafey Club luncheons and I usually get the "menu" signed by the players that are on hand on the day. The menus usually contain on the inside brief bios on players who are the focus of the luncheon.

Well, it's not exactly mine, and I don't actually know the whereabouts of it nowadays, but I remember on the wall of the Punters Club Hotel in Brunswick St there was, for quite a while, a glazed, mounted poo, with the words "Jimmy Jess's Sh*t" printed below.

What better mark of respect to the great man could there be than someone seeing the need to fish one of the Ghost's turds out of the bowl after he'd backed one out and mount it for the world (or at least the drunken ferals who used to haunt the Punnas) to see ...

Priceless.

I have some 1980 premiership port also. Plus a towell with printed autographs from 1980, the finals records from 1980 and a copy of the post grand final edition of Inside Sport. But my favorites are my autograph book with past and present players autographs and footy cards in and a little badge of snoopy in a richmond jumper:D
