"Waterhouse" anybody can translate after listening to the hidden track at the end of Abba's...ABBA ARRIVAL.
We are the Stocker Dockers!

i cant really picture the dockers as a swedish sorta club to be brutally honest.
hey, the dockers is the only optional name thats carried on from the AFL..cool.
but apparently 'schooners' is the peoples choice

Break out the angel cake, here comes Klerj! It's a smörgasbörd of goals for Freø.
They said the top 5 from each round will qualify for the grand final vote.

So we need a few more votes to ensure that the Dockers at least make these finals! If we don't make it, then I think Schooners is the best... or make them suffer and call them the Seagulls!
Carn the Fremantle, Cincinatti, Burnie and Stocker Dockers!

Sea Dogs is 3rd? They obviously haven't seen that episode of Blackadder where the captain is reported to spend every Tuesday "up the old Sea Dog".
Swedish language, thought we were talking movies here.
Should read the thread title really.

Unfortunately Schooner doesn't mean a type of beer in Sweden, it is actually a small boat. So their name would actually translate in to Stockholm Small Boats.

But as it's mainly expat Aussies playing Aussie Rules (more than likely), I reckon the logo would have to be a glass of beer in a small boat!
Remember Dockers to most Yanks means a clothing brand name.

Not in Sweden and Denmark, the number of ex-pats is generally about 30% with 60% natives and 10% other. In the UK it is mostly ex-pats, but most of the other Leagues in the world, Ireland, Scotland, US, SA, NZ etc are mostly made up of locals with on average 5 to 10 aussies per club.
