I read on Dockerland of the passing of one of their favourite sons in Flipper.

To those of Dockerland who also post here - Mission Man, Blockerhall, Imperial et al, please accept my sincere condolences on the loss of one of your purple comrades.

No doubt he's giving us hell wherever he is.

Very Sad couple of days. If we notice Juddy or Benny tripping over a lot next derby we will know why.

Flipper was a great guy who seriously loved Freo. He's got the best seats in the house now, and will be right there alongside the Big Fella when the flag comes down Freo way.

cheers for the thoughts Ex - you yourself are a quality person.

What freaked me out was that not once did you ever get the impression from reading his posts that the bloke was battling with a terminal illness. It speaks volumes of the man that he just kept being funny. I wouldn't have been funny. I wouldn't have known how.

Cheers Exeter.

Isn't that the truth . I always thought that I would crap myself if I knew I was going to die. But having looked down the barrel I was surprised how calm I was.

Know what you mean (Qld Docker)

To Flipper, I hardly knew thee, but going over past posts, you were one mightily funny bloke. Shame I didn't get to know you better but after what you've done, you won't be forgotten and sadly missed

Deepest Simpathies
