Just happened to be strolling down one of Brightons more salubrious streets and observed one David Neitz telling one of his mates that he was interested in buying the house (mansion more apt description) with a for sale sign on it.
Asking price 1.2 to 1.4 million.

ok a couple of questions if you dont mind choppy.
*a street name where this house is (number as well)
is it close to the beach???
a more detailed description of the house. (the house he is in at the moment is quiet big)
what were you doing in brighton (do you live there? )
AND the all important question.
*what real estate agent is selling it?? (has it been in the papers pr anything. i wanna check it out)
Do you know his current address?????? :p hehehehe (not that i would go there or anything) hint hint
the questions with the asterix are the most important, i wanna check it out.

i dont know what you've heard or how much you know choppy but a mention on the beach at Brighton would cost far more than 1.2-1.4 million... think more like 1.8 million than maybe you'll be close!

Ladies,
I just happened to be walking to the shops and thought that bloke looks familiar and it was one David Neitz and a mate looking at a board.
Its none of my business but i couldn't help but overhear him say that he was interested in it.
It wasn't down near the beach but I won't say where it is in case he buys it. Wouldn't be fair on the bloke.
