cometh the hour, cometh the man
of course "the man" is a fair few hours early...even better.
well, farmer couldnt do it, lets call on clive for a demolition derby 2: the return of clive.
and if he doesnt get subi oval filled and rocking...well id hate to guess what would
Yep, Clive is alive.
He is the bonus, someone most had forgotten about and will be a welcome addition if he can show his 2000 form (ah, 7 lazy ones will do me).
Maybe the patter of baby feet will calm his voices down.
My prediction is Clive will either play superbly well and lead our goal kicking or be a total failure and dropped to Claremont after 3 games and no goals .................There is no inbetween with Clive.

He will Fire. Its been 3 Years in the Making.... Clive will return to better form than his 2000 season. He was inconsistent and scored 50+ goals. This year he'll be consistantly brilliant excitement machine.
CLIVE!!! CLIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIVE!!!!! GO CLIVE

Anything he does will be a bonus because to be honest, I don't think he figures prominently in our plans for the upcoming season.

I'm not convinced. He's looking good on the track, but he's 30+ and there are a plethora of talented younger guys who can and will burn it up over the next few years.
I hope he gets his 100, anything over that is a bonus for him and the fans. A bit of the "wild child of Freo" is great for the crowds, and deserving for the albino mullet boy, but I don't think he will figure prominently in CC's plans.
Like it has been reported, he's a "possible", not a "probable". He will get his opportunity at some time - but will a settled and stronger team than he is used to, have room for Clive and his voices?

Reading some the glowing predictions beforehand one could be forgiven for thinking that maybe Clive has had some work done on the Football side of his brain while he has been out. Will he still make those dumb decisions that we have seen so many times that let the side down? I hope not. Time will tell!
