If I heard correctly, Lee J would have awarded $20,000 damages to Lehrmann had he succeeded in showing that he has been defamed.

Apparently Lehrmann is in court today to hear the judgement. Bet he wishes he didn't show up, because the media scrum is going to be tremendous when he has to leave the court.

Ten made out its truth defence, and Lee J is considering the question of damages, in case his Honour's finding is overturned on appeal.
