It says more about Garlics intentions. It smacks of succession planning (which a CEO is supposed to do in theory) in giving Bell a non footy role and Joe Brierty a footy role. So we may end up having two internal candidates to succeed Garlic. Hopefully theres a change being made to fix the place.

If a player is involved they need to come here willingly and be prepared to buy-in and stay long term. Not some guy forced out, especially some metro Vic guy.
