well, decided to end my time on this site...too much prejudice against americans on here for me...that's what i get for announcing where i was from, i guess...thanks for not being one of them...

go for it...you do nice logo designs, from what i've seen...besides, i just did a sub for the mefl (damo's new one), and i've got other stuff that i should be getting to...ha...so i'm going to be running a little slow here for a week or two anyway...

you know, if there really was an nafa, there would no doubt be a rival league within a few years...nfl has had to fight off several leagues (and aborbed one and merged with one), nhl had wha, nba had aba...seems to be our thing over here...

no prob, any city you want...i'll take san antonio, for starters (san antonio defenders)...now, your pick...

need a name for the league, too...all u.s. football leagues use "league", so initials like "afl", "usfl", etc., have all been used, which is why i used "association" on mine (there is even an "nafl", minor league football)...so, i was thinking, maybe united states football association (usfa), or major league football (mlf)...thoughts...?

btw, after we get the cities picked, give me a few days to get some kits together...i move a little slow on these things...

haven't had too much time last couple of days...need a short break, i think...plus, i wanted to see what happened with the whole "what do you think of the fantasy leagues" topic, first...so, when you're ready to pick a city, pm me, and i'll pick one, and so forth, till we have 12 or 16 total, and we can post when we get a few kits done...

i just had another thought...if you want, maybe we can collaborate on a "rival" league for the nafa...?

maybe each of us take 6 or 8 cities and create the league together...?

when i said a couple of extra, it was that i had other ideas that didn't make the cut to the final 12 for the fantasy league i'm going to do at home starting this year...when i tried it in 2010 i thought 8 wasn't enough (i divided up the afl, two clubs for each one in my league, and picked 22 to represent each club for each round, but the scores got way too high) so i figured 12 would be better, and it wouldn't overwhelm me...

but that's just my own thing...as far as more designs on this thread, i love to see other people's creations...but i'm not ready to do a comp of my own (i don't know how, for one thing, and those things seem like a lot of work)...

so let me know if you want to post these on mine, or if you want to start your own thread for yours...you could call it nafa expansion or something completely different if you want to start a new one...would love to see these on mine if you want to post them there...

enjoy the weather in texas...we were in a deep freeze in ohio for 3+ solid weeks until 3 days ago it finally got above the freezing mark...a couple days of nice temps was all it took tho...melted our snow quick...none on ground currently...i hate winter in ohio...

my apologies...i assume e1 on here (besides mero) is from australia...i just realized you said you were in houston...i try to explain things as though whoever i'm chatting with doesn't know much about the states outside of hollywood and the nfl, because i don't know a great deal about australia outside of afl and ac/dc...hope it didn't sound like i was talking down to you or anything, i know words have different meanings here sometimes, and i didn't know if aussies understood the old west connection to that word here...

are you from houston, or were you just visiting over the holidays, or did you move there from australia...?
