  • Hi mate, just came across your post about gaining the Dutch passport through your old man. I'm in a similar position and wanted some more info about how you went about it.

If you could shoot me an email at rhysadams@hotmail.com I'd really appreciate it.

    Thanks
Hi Raikkonen, i read your thread about the dutch passport. My father is dutch and was naturalised too into Australia when he came over in the 1960's. The consulate told me if my father was naturalised i may as well give up. How did you get around it?
Hey Raikkonen, my name is Ryan I'm from Trinidad and I was reading one in one of the forums about the acquiring of a dutch passport. I really wanted to see if i could have had a chat with you about all you went through to get the passport and what not because my dad is actually from Aruba, he was born there, left when he was 7, came over to Trinidad but never gave up his dutch nationality or ever applied to be a Trinidadian national and well he tells me he has to get his passport before i can even apply for mine. Soo that is just some of my info, and well my question to you now i guess is what do I do to actually get things in place to acquire the passport, and as I said the way it sounds is that we both have the same situation with respect to parents leaving the country as a minor. Look forward to hearing from you.

    Thanks
