I'm much the same. I think the football media in this country is largely a joke. Too many vested interests (journos appointed to committees by AFL, player managers doubling as commentators, etc) and nowhere near enough actual football analysis. I'd bet you some good coin most 'experts' in the industry couldn't coach a local U18 side to perform an effective forward press, because they barely understand it when they see it in front of them at the top level. If blokes like yourself, SweetJamieSuspension, and a few other lads from bigfooty got together and started your own independent footy media company, I'd subscribe :thumbsu:
