yeh mate.. i got a friend at the rebels and Bryn weadons skinfolds when u said that he is fat are only 39.. when alot of others in the club r up about the 50ish mark..prob best to have a look at him proper before u going saying he's fat and when he runs a 10.30 3km and a 15.2 beep test.. thought would let you know since a lot of you guys claim that you 'know alot'
