  • Indeed it does. That's why I said "for a given round" (or, for a given magic number).

The way I see it there are three variables for pricing a singular player. Magic number (which of course is a function of other variables, but which can be estimated), initial player price and his three round average.

Do you have an estimation of this?

I can use TooSerious but I want to run some simulations (a lot) and it can't really be done via TS. Otherwise I will try and have to run a regression to find an approximation of the formula myself. ;)
Ah I'm with you, didn't notice that.

I know the system for calculating salaries and so on, but do you know of an expression that, for a given round, can approximate a player's price (given their previous price and 3 round average)?

Think it'll be a decaying exponential of some type.
I agree, just wondering if you are using that or the past three rounds of the predicted average (111) in your pricing formula there.
You would think so, wouldn't ya... Wouldn't be saying that if you were first though... ;)
Nope, just top 2 mate. :)

    $650 for first.
    $100 for second.

you're gunna have to pull the lead out!
What are the prizes for the Legends league? Hopefully Top 3 get some money :thumbsu:

All I remember is winner of GF gets their $50 back.
Walesy, you've been selected for the Dons DT league. Confirm in the thread, and I'll invite you to the usergroup. Cheers.
been getting a little bit smashed at work, but I'll see what I can do for tomorrow. :)

At minimum, I'll probably get the DT one up and running.
