I'm going with April 26 - Arsenal to beat Newcastle as Stoke keep Tottenham to a bore 0-0 draw. leaving Arsenal 7 points clear with 2 games to go.

I think it's entirely reasonable. Holtby is on loan and Lamela has turned out to be a injured dud. Once they all get on the field together Spurs will undoubtedly sweep all teams away and break their 45 year title drought.
