Hmm, not really, no. A plane might have hit the pentagon. No plesiosaur - nor any other large marine reptile - lives in Loch Ness.
 
Judging by the amount of water displacement for a crature with very little above the water it's a hoax. The rest of the photo has also been altered. 3/10 try harder
