In 5 years time (the 2019 season), who do you think will be the best player in the AFL?
By that time, Ablett will be 35 years old, and may have hung up the boots.
Pendlebury will be 31, as will Joel Selwood.
Dangerfield will be 29, which means he will (theoretically) be fading out of his "prime years".
Meanwhile, Nathan Fyfe will be 27 years old.
While today's superstars will be entering their early to mid thirties, the young guns of 2014 such as Jaeger O'Meara will be entering their "prime years" - where players are supposed to hit career-high form.
Will Ablett have retired by then? If not, how good will he still be? Will either one of Selwood, Pendlebury of Dangerfield have taken over his mantle as the game's very best, or will a current rising star reach incredible heights within the next few years? Or perhaps, will a player that has yet to be seen at AFL level come from nowhere and stun the football world with his unbelievable talent?

Wines is everything a football coach could want.

It's like having a player who has all the qualities of a young Voss, Buckley and Lil Gary blended into one.

There is actually a decent chance that one of those will be the best AFL player in 5 years. Bulldogs fans have exciting times ahead....

Even more exciting if they also managed to trade for Boyd or Patton from GWS, If that happens they will be premiership favorites in 5 years time.
