Who will be watching the Commonwealth Games?

I realise that it is not the Olympic or World games but I am still looking forward to:

Cycling (indoor)
Swimming
Hockey
Netball
and to see if we have improved in Track and Field.

Keep and eye on it but it’s pretty watered down from the Olympics because all the Good Sport Nations are not in the Commonwealth

The athletics is the clear highlight of any Commonwealth games, heck it's the highlight of the Olympics too. Apart from names such as Usain Bolt, Salle Pearson and Mo Farrah (all Olympic champs) there's plenty of great athletes especially in the distance events from Kenya and other African countries.

The Commonwealth games serves a purpose, it gives our younger athletes a chance to perform under pressure 2 years out from an Olympics.

Once the Tour De France finishes this weekend it will be the think on TV anyway.

New Zealand in Netball, Cycling and Hockey.
My favourite is watching the new young kids in swimming. one world record already.
