Who will be watching the Commonwealth Games?

The athletics is the clear highlight of any Commonwealth games, heck it's the highlight of the Olympics too. Apart from names such as Usain Bolt, Salle Pearson and Mo Farrah (all Olympic champs) there's plenty of great athletes especially in the distance events from Kenya and other African countries.

The Commonwealth games serves a purpose, it gives our younger athletes a chance to perform under pressure 2 years out from an Olympics.

Once the Tour De France finishes this weekend it will be the think on TV anyway.

Keep and eye on it but it’s pretty watered down from the Olympics because all the Good Sport Nations are not in the Commonwealth
There is the Hockey - Men - World Champions, Women - runner up. Plus Cycling we are world champions in many events and have a great rivalry with England.
