I reckon the goal umpires see it but the field umpires con them in to reviews.

The goal umpires should call for reviews if they need them. You dont get the match referee in cricket calling for a review of a run out, the ump at square leg does it.

Definitely. He'll bounce back from it, but few players seem to be able to adapt their games to losing that bit of pace. Dids would still have the same capabilities but doesn't currently have the run to find space to execute. Seems to get found flatfooted more often than not.
