Yeah first time ive done it myself. was bloody good, could do with a few tweaks though (maybe a bit more liquid in it when cooking). Did a Moroccan slow roast lamb the week before and was also good.
The one i'm trying is actually done in a slow cooker, so moistness (hehe) shouldn't be an issue hopefully.
 
Middle Eastern braised lamb shoulder and potatoes with pita bread

Was one of those cooks where everything goes your way. Great flavour, the lamb came out perfectly, and it was the first time I'd used my new cook's knife.

After a couple of nights of basically tomato on toast last night I tried making lasagne, very enjoyable dish to make and rewarding.

Tonight, homemade potato salad and a couple of strips of 85 percent dark Green and Black for afterwards.
