You can make 1 per round most weeks with the occasional 2 without being deducted points.

When you goto make a transfer it will tell you how many you can make

If you make more than the allocated amount you are penalised 4 points from your score for the week

ditto. Thankfully I still won.

Week 2 I did an extra transfer so started -4. I lost by 3 points. What makes it worse is I forgot to add the extra guy I transferred in onto my field. So it was a pointless exercise that cost me the win.
