I agree that Rance probably wasn't consistent enough to make it, but posting one turnover of his isn't really a good argument. I could find several of Hooker butchering the ball, especially early in the season

I actually don't think Rance was undeserving of a spot but to give him CHB and Hooker back pocket is pretty dumb. It's not really that big a deal though.
