Suggestion Conspiracies board titling

I don't know if it's a bugbear to anyone else, but it's the only board in the entire forum that doesn't have its title capitalised. I assume this was just an oversight considering it's only been created in the last month or so.

Probably low down on the list of priorities to correct it, but it'd look nice and uniform. Keep up the good work.
