My thoughts exactly.

This is awesome, I hope this guy wins it, seems like a good guy.

I love how the 7 poll still has Ablett winning at 35% despite being out for the rest of the season and now behind Priddis.

Des Fothergill (1940, 1941) and Barry Round (1981, 1987) are the only people to win a Liston Trophy (VFA/VFL) and Brownlow Medal.

Haydn Bunton Sr is the only person to have ever won a Sandover Medal (WAFL) and Brownlow Medal (amazingly, he won three of each in the 1930s and 1940s).

Malcolm Blight (1972, 1978), John Platten (1984, 1987) and Nathan Buckley (1992, 2003) are the only people to win a Magarey Medal (SANFL) and a Brownlow Medal.

Tony Liberatore also won a Brownlow Medal (1990), two Gardiner Medals (VFL Reserves B&F, 1988, 1986) and a Morrish Medal (VFL U/19s B&F, 1984), being the only person to ever win a Brownlow and a Gardiner, and the only person to every win a Brownlow and a Morrish.
Thanks for the great rap up. Bunton Sr really was something else.

Sam Mitchell may yet join that group.
