Knocked off Bower Field (Stalybridge) on Saturday and Shite Hart Lane (Tottenham, London) yesterday.

Bower Field is nice and intimate in a nice setting.

White Hart Lane is interesting. I think it creates amazing atmosphere, and that was worth the trip. BUT, seats are the most cramping I've ever been in, and the food and toilet facilities are shite. I went down at half time. It took 25 minutes to get 1 beer and chips, then use the toilet. I missed 10 minutes of the 2nd half.

Emirates Stadium and Adelaide Oval are the only 2 I'd have as 'World Class'
MIGHT add Wembley too, but I wasn't there on matchday.

Haven't done Etihad, but MCG would be below both Emirates and Adelaide Oval. Don't know about Wembley.

How was this place? Anyone? What would you compare it to? It seems like it could've only had amenities as little add-ons and demountables. Could imagine it being stinking hot in summer and freezing in winter

Like the oval venues, rectangular ground-based sports were crap there because of the running track. Its no wonder the Storm and the Victory wanted AAMI Park built.

GTFO with stadium sponsor names (I know you're not the only one, just chose yours to fix..)

although Unley Oval being renamed Peter Motley Oval was news to me... but that seems better than a sponsorship deal...

Westpac Stadium
Gabba (for cricket though)

AAMI Park
Allianz Stadium
Paramatta Stadium

Lords (tour only)
White Hart Lane

Adelaide Oval - 20 events in its fully completed configuration, 10 Crows games, 4 Power games, 2 Adelaide United games, day 1 of the India test, Strikers v Stars, 1st round of SANFL finals. Plenty before it was fully redeveloped.

AAMI Stadium: Lots of Crows home games, mostly between 2010-2013 when I was a Crows member. Went to the last ever Crows and Power home game, including the last ever SANFL Grand Final there as well.

MCG: Only AFL games, Carlton v Essendon, Geelong v Hawthorn in 2014, Hawthorn v Port and a couple when I was about 6.

Etihad (Docklands): St Kilda v Essendon in 2009, Dogs v Crows in 2006, North v Port last year, Victory v Wellington a few years ago.

ANZ Stadium (Stadium Australia): Iran v Qatar in Asian Cup, Souths v North Queensland in I think 2007. Iran v Qatar had arguably the best atmosphere to any sporting event I've been. The passion from the Iranian crowd was unbelievable from start to finish.

SCG: Strikers v Sixers this year BBL

Gabba: Strikers v Heat 2014 BBL

Hindmarsh Stadium: Became a Adelaide United member this year, about 4 or 5 games so far at the venue.

Rod Laver Arena: Been to the Aussie Open 3 times, attended the 2010 Final between Federer and Murray.

Hisense Arena: Went to the middle Saturday for this year's Aussie Open, saw Raonic, Brengle and Nishikori with my ground pass ticket.

Pat Rafter Arena: Competed at the Brisbane event 4 or 5 times as a Wheelchair Player, gone inside the stadium a couple of times.

Ken Roswell Arena: See Pat Rafter Arena

Trent Bridge (Nottingham): Day 5 of First Ashes test 2013, was over there competing in a tennis tournament, lucky both events coincided

Loftus Versfeld: Bulls v Chiefs Super Rugby, again over in RSA for a tennis event.
