I remember when Franklin was a lock for the 09 AA team after kicking 100 in 2008. Didn't happen.

There's no such thing as a lock before the season starts.

Decent effort based on current status of players who may shine next year (barring injuries, suspension, etc).

A few suprises though in your list which I have highlighted. A handfull of better more consistent players to choose from.

Not sure about Martin at HF either. Would slot Bud to HFF and Hawkins to CHF.

Two notable omittions I think would be Roughead (HFC) and Watson (EFC).
