The 100g of fiber 17g of honey was just a guide as thats what nutritional facts use as a standard measurement. 2.3g on their site so that would be a tiny bit of a teaspoon.Yeah but didn't you mention 17g Honey?

I have spent the last half hour looking and sites and forums have it at 50/50. Noone seems to be able to post an official government backed explanation.
But im on no more than 30g carb and it makes a difference for me.Although whether labels listed carbs are net or not is irrelevant if you only eat Vege, meat n eggs.
